An excellent experience from start to finish! Started with Marc providing the initial review of the work required and follow up quote. Quote was fair, reasonable and competitive with the quotes I received from five other companies. Marc offered practical solutions to a few issues identified during the review and documented them in the quote so there would be no misunderstanding going forward. We contracted with Sundeck Solutions and while there were some weather delays, the job was started within a reasonable time. Johnny the vinyl installer was great- very professional, skilled and knowledgeable- he took pride in his work and did a great job. (we asked for some additional work to be done outside of the original quote and Marc and Johnny readily incorporated this work into the project with an appropriate cost adjustment but without any complaints- thank you for your understanding!) Rail installation was done professionally by Jessie and Trevor a short time after the deck was resurfaced. Sundeck did have a few internal communication problems over the course of the project but Marc followed up with us immediately and 'fixed' the problems quickly. Overall Sundeck did a great job, the staff involved from start to finish were friendly and skilled and it was a pleasure having them complete the work. I would highly recommend them for anyone considering a vinyl deck covering project in Calgary

A great experience from start to finish. Sandra the project manager was very helpful and knowledgeable from the start of the process to the end. She offered her insight and suggestions on product choices and arranged the site visit and install which both went smoothly. Sandra communicated with us throughout the process via e-mail and kept us informed on any updates/issues. Install of the two bathroom counter tops in November was handled very professionally by Kevin and Brandon- they were very courteous and considerate. I have since recommended Granite Guys to a number of friends and will not hesitate to use them in the future.
