Bought a couch & Ottoman from them. Charged delivery fee, but can't deliver ottoman & tell me I need to pick it up. So, I pick it up today, double check with the young man in the warehouse that it has the legs (because it looked small), he assured me that everything is there. I get the Ottoman home, unwrap it & there's no legs. I call the store & she treated me like I was a moron and couldn't find the zippered bag they were supposedly in on the bottom. I assured her there was nothing but the Ottoman, cardboard & plastic wrap...no legs, no zippered bag. She told me that's rare & never happens and that their out of spare legs. I was surprised how quickly she knew there were no spare legs considering how "rarely" this happens. Maybe she could've made it look a little more believable if she said "Oh, let me check our inventory" or something along those lines. Probably a common occurrence. I was told I can return the Ottoman and they will reorder it (another 4-6 week wait, I already gave been waiting 5 weeks) or she can order the legs from Mississauga and I should get them in 2 weeks. I WILL NEVER DEAL WITH THE BRICK AGAIN!!!!!!!!!! Also, like other people have written, the sales staff will tell you anything to make the sale. I came in with all my measurements, concerned about the couch fitting through the door, hall, etc. I even asked if they had a delivery person available that we could ask. No problem, it will fit, if not the delivery guys will bring it back & you can pick a new one, but that has never happened. Delivery guys get here & they say there is no way the couch is fitting through the door or down the hall. Thankfully they were able to carry it around back and bring it through my sliding glass patio door. According to the delivery guys the sales staff are always promising the moon to customers and then the poor delivery guys get capped on when the delivery doesn't go as planned.
