Called late in the day just before Xmas with a problem reported by a tenant, Andy was able to fit us in the following afternoon. Replaced shoddy pipework and installed new heavy duty drains in the kitchen sink to replace plastic ones cracked by previous contractors, cleaned years of built-up gunk from the drains so sink now flows cleanly, installed new high pressure valve & ballcock in toilet cistern to replace broken one - toilet now flushes better than it has done in years. Compared to the previous guy we had out who charged $1000 just to break things Andy was amazing and totally worth the money.
