Purchased a bed from the brick for a gift to my mom for Christmas. Was supposed to be delivered December 23 and of course it wasn't. Then made a confirmation to be delivered January 10, phoned 3 times confirming that it was coming since my mom had nothing to sleep on since she got rid of her old mattress; they said it was to be delivered that day and even received a phone call from them stating this and no show!! I believe that the brick has great "in your face" service when you're purchasing your product so they receive their commission, but after that completely horrible! Should have good service through the whole process. Very dissatisfied customer and this isn't the first time that I had a problem with this crappy company.
