Fix Major water Damage due to bad builder
Aspen uses cheap products to build homes with ,My house is 7 years old and we had to put all new windows and window boxes on, The attic has major water leaks and we have water damage on all 3 levels of are house ,this is due to the fact that there is many holes in the attic.As we look at other houses in are area that they have built many more have the same problem .some houses have plastic on their windows due to the water coming in from the attic .I would never buy another house from Aspen .I will be taking further action by going door to door and and helping others and telling them were the water is coming from .I don't know how they pass code, Mike Holmes will love to take on this house and many more in this area .The cost to fix this problem Will be over 10,000
