We hired Lou to handle some tricky updates that we didn't have the time or the skill to do ourselves. He was very prompt to respond to email and phone questions. He did a terrific job and left the work areas spotlessly clean when he finished. We are very pleased with the results, and will hire Lou again for home renovation projects. Lou had been referred to us by two other people, and we would recommended him highly to others.

I had a Bathfitters tub installed as part of a bathroom renovation. Never again! The fit is not good. An installer had to return and correct the drain installation and add additional foam fill to try to improve the fit. Tub bounces under your feet when you stand in it, and you can feel space under the tub lining when you clean the tub. 5 years later, the material in the tub shows cracks. An inspector visited for a warranty service call, took some pictures, but a month later, we have still had no follow up from the company. At this point, I do not trust the company to repair the problem until water is actually leaking from the tub. Poor workmanship, poor quality, poor fit, poor service. Spend the money and get a proper bathroom renovation done with a new tub and tiles! The only part of the experience I was satisfied with was the salesman showing up on time. I just wish he had warned me about the potential poor fit issues instead of just telling me how wonderful the product was.
