Lukas was great at cleaning our loft in Leslieville - he was friendly, prompt and thorough despite the house being in pretty bad shape :( If we continue with him biweekly or monthly, the average hourly price will go down too, so we will most likely continue working with him too.
Had a good experience with Accuserv, on the first cold day of winter our commercial furnace malfunctioned. James from Accuserv came by immediately, diagnosed the problem, and while it did take a while to order a new pressure switch, in the interim they did a great job of keeping us informed as well as providing 3-4 space heaters to keep our room warm until the furnace could be repaired. Happy to be working with them!
