There was a power outage on the first floor of my house. There's one thing that scares me when it comes working on my home-electrical. I called Bunnell and spoke with Joey. He was very accommodating and he was able to schedule a time to come that worked very well for me. He arrived on time and asked some questions. He explained his procedure and went right to work. He was able to troubleshoot and fix the issue and we had power on the first floor again. Everything is still working, which is a great sign! Total time was approx. 4 hours. I trusted his work enough to call him back for another job in which I will write a review for.

Let me start off by saying that Luis (tech) got me fixed right up. Happy with the work that was done. Bottom line, I have heat. Steven was who I dealt with for parts and labour cost. After researching my issue, I knew what to budget. They came in right where I expected. The cost was fair, the fix was fairly quick.

Fast, efficient and affordable. He contacted me to find out if an earlier time than we discussed would work for me, and it actually worked out much better than the original time we agreed on. Will recommend. In and out very quickly, didn't impede my day at all.
