Excellent sales staff, very informative on current wireless tech. System is now works wirelessly via Internet (no landline), and can be armed/disarmed from any Smartphone. The installer was very professional with installation (no visible wiring), and even brought indoor footwear (winter installation). A $420/yearly monitoring fee is a small price to pay for peace of mind for protecting my family and my home. I would highly recommend New Age Security for complete, home protection.
