I was shopping for a dining table and I found one that I liked in the store. The floor model was a black glass top table and I wanted the white one so they had to custom order it for me. Fortunately I wasn't in a rush to have a dining table because it took 2 months for the shipment to arrive. Delivery was arranged right away and they followed up after the table was delivered. The table top was of a high quality and a nice finish. The glass came in perfect condition without a scratch. I am happy with their service.

This outlet store has different types of sofa to choose form, most of them are traditional and contemporary styles. I was looking for a simple sofa bed for my guest room and the staff was able to suggest one that was reasonably priced. The staff took the time to explain how to change the sofa to a bed and vice versa. Delivery was included during their promotion. Overall it was a good experience.

They were friendly and helpful. Installation took about half a day and they didn't make a mess inside my house. I am satisfied with their service.

They recommended a mid-level filtration system and they didn't pressure me to buy the priciest model. I was happy with their service. They didn't provide free installation but their level of service was professional.

They came very promptly on the scheduled day of cleaning and did a thorough job on removing dusts and garbage accumulated in all the ducts. It took them less than 2 hours to get the job done. They were professional and friendly and their prices were reasonable. They recommended doing duct cleaning every 2 years and I plan to use them again in the future.

I bought tiles for my kitchen and bathroom in Ontario Tile & Ceramics. They have a wide selection of tiles and their showroom is large to browse around. I asked for a quote on a particular stone and the salesperson wrote down the price for me and I came back a week later to buy the stone but the same salesperson said she made a mistake in the quote last time and said the price should be higher. I wasn't happy that the cost is now higher than what I originally budgeted but the salesperson said there's nothing she can do. The look and quality of the stones are nice but their service is just average.

I bought a wall tiles from Ontario Tile for my bathroom flooring as well as the fireplace wall. They had a lot of different stones and tiles which were very nice looking and it took me several hours to be able to make up my mind. They were very busy on Saturday so I had to wait a long time to get my questions answered. Their tiles were quite expensive. The items that they ordered for me arrived within a week so the stock came in pretty quickly. I am happy with their tile selection and do recommend Ontario Tile if you don't mind paying a bit more.

I bought several one-piece toilets from Home Comfort Centre. The salesperson greeted me as soon as I walked into the store. However the salesperson wasn't that knowledgeable about the product but I did my research before going to the store so I already knew what I wanted. The salesperson was friendly and didn't pressure me into buying anything else. Their showroom is large and it has been a pleasant experience to shop there.

I bought a tub faucet, a shower column, and a tub at York Taps earlier. Service wasn't good as nobody asked me if I needed any help after I walked inside. The tub faucet wasn't in stock so they had to order it for me and they said they would call when the faucet is ready for pick up. After 2 weeks of waiting and no words from them so I called the store and the staff said it's ready for pick up already. Also the quality of the tub faucet was inferior. It broke when my contractor was installing it when it's never been used.

I hired Smart-Build Design and Renovation to repaint all the walls in my apartment after my tenant moved out. I was really happy with their quality of work because my apartment looked like a new unit with the new paint. They were extremely tidy and didn't leave a mess on the floor so I didn't have to clean up after they left. They do charge a bit higher than the industry average but I am happy with their work.

I used Vincent Cleaning to provide cleaning service to my apartment after my tenant moved out. They were quick to schedule an appointment and they did an average job on cleaning up. They did well on cleaning the carpets, however they didn't clean so thoroughly in the kitchen area and I still had to do additional cleaning on the kitchen cabinets, stove, refrigerator, sink, and faucet after the cleaners left. Their prices are low compared to other cleaning companies so I guess you get what you paid for.
