Spent around 4 hours with a sales associate named Jeff and left satisfied with $300 in savings. He was very friendly and helpful. We are happy with the products and the service we received from dufresne. Our items will be delivered in 30 days and assembled, hassle free. Happy with our purchase and we'll be sure to return again.

The customer service was great, however the process was very time consuming. The total price ended up exceeding our budget, butthe drapes we received are excellent quality, and we are happy with our purchase.
