I had old washer and dryer built into a closet in a narrow basement walkway. I knew my washer and dryer could come out, cause I figure I could break it apart. But my stairwell down, where my washer and dryer had to go, was very narrow and it was exactly the width of the appliance. I was told the height and thought it would fit in. I was sooooo concern about getting the appliance down, that they helped my at the store. They gave me a cardboard the size of the washer and told me to take it downstairs. It fit! I was super excited, however on delivery day they were unable to stack it. So, they had to figure it out . . . they helped me place it the best way in my basement. They spent over an hour at my house and made it work! Many thanks! I knew I would have a new washer and dryer.

Atiar had to come back to my house several times because he had to order the parts and they came on different dates . . . I decided to pay in advance cause I was going on vacation, and someone else had to open the door for Atiar. He told me I could pay after the completion of the job, but I opted to pay first for the whole job. Atiar is a man of his words! When I returned from my vacation, my oven was repaired. It turned out, there was another oven part which he had ordered and brought with him just in case that need to be replaced. My oven was repaired in time for my holiday dinner of 30+. Many thanks to Atiar for a wonderful job including protecting my hardwood floor in the kitchen. No scratches!!! Would definitely call him again and recommend to my friends!
