I really don't know what to say about this company, other than their customer service is horrendous. Their product is good and their installers are amazing, but trying to get an installation date, and having items fixed that they have measured wrong, and even sending the installers with a door that didn't fit, doesn't fit my idea of good customer service. They try and wrangle their way out of everything. They make excuses for late deliveries, late production, parts missing, badly measured items, salespeople giving out wrong information, nothing is their fault. If you don't mind rearranging your life for them, then go ahead and use them. And of course, even though they screw up and you don't have your product, they want their installments right away. I'm honestly surprised they have been in business this long.

I can't say enough about all the guys that show up here to do all the various electrical projects I keep on finding. This is an amazing company, with amazing employees. The work is excellent and thorough. They are courteous and always clean up after they are done. Also if they have to come back to finish anything you don't have to wait weeks, it's always within a matter of days and the office keeps you informed every step of the way. Thank you so much for the great job that you have done around my house.

I had ordered entrance doors in March. They were supposed to be installed last week. That got cancelled. My windows were installed by Dan who did an absolutely amazing job. I have handed over a lot of money for these doors and no one will respond to me regarding an installation date. The timeline here is pretty disgusting and plus the fact that you have most of my money for these doors is pretty disgusting too. I never wanted to use your company because of a bad experience previously, but thought I would give you another chance. I'm kind of sorry I did. I want my doors installed or my money back now, thank you.

They came out within hours of me requesting the service on HomeStars. Would highly recommend them. Very friendly, courteous, efficient and tidy. Amazing service, including the lady that called me and arranged to have my project completed. Great company. Thank you.

Amazing service by Chris and his partner. I called on Wednesday and on Thursday the job was done. Would highly recommend them for any animal removal issues that need to be done.

We have used Protection Plus for a number of years and have never had any issue with either the equipment or the monitoring. They are an amazing service at great value and an absolute pleasure to deal with.
