We required movers for a move from Toronto to a property 3 hours away. We requested quotes from about a dozen moving companies. No Problem Movers quoted us a very fair and competitive price, but what set them apart was the extremely friendly customer service, so we booked them. We ran into delays during the closing of the purchase and had to reschedule at last minute twice. Catherine was super understanding and did not give us a hard time at all. On the day of the move the movers were punctual, efficient and friendly. They picked up items from two locations in Toronto and made the three hour drive in excellent time. All of our items arrived intact and were placed where we wanted. There were no surprises with the bill, it was exactly as quoted in the first phone call. I've used many movers over the years but No Problem was the best. I'd definitely recommend and use again. Thanks!
