From the time Luc quoted us until the job was finished we were kept up to date when the work would start and the how it proceed.

The Reliance service professional Vahid was a great representative of the Reliance organization. He was courteous, conscientious and personally followed up. We had an issue that required a new bracket that he didn't have. Vahid stayed in touch and fortunately for us did all the repairs. He mentioned some tips to properly maintain our furnace such as the filters. I would highly recommend Reliance in the future.
