We had major water issues in our new home. The basement was flooding regularly and we learned that we were built above a small brook. We waterproofed the interior and exterior and added a sump pump. Darby and the crew were the best. They were professional, quick, clean and we never had an issue again (its been 10 years). I have since trusted them with clients and even my own parents house. I highly recommend them to anyone who is having water issues, foundation issues or wants to underpin their home.

John did a fantastic job rebuilding my front porch. The old porch boards had rotted out and John managed to salvage and resupport the existing frame work while adding new cedar boards and stairs to work within my budget. As always, he and his team were professional, courteous and efficient. Another job well done!

Vitaly completed a large job for me and my clients which involved removing all of the existing siding and aluminum on the house and replacing it with cedar shakes and replacing all of the aluminum capping, eavestroughs, soffit and fascia. Vitaly showed up when he said he was going to, remained on budget and performed the work beautifully. The homeowners were thrilled with his skill level and professionalism. That makes my job as a designer/project manager much easier. Excellent work!

Paul, along with John Groves from BBG Carpentry, completed a a complete 2-story porch rebuild for me and my clients. It was a very large job, frought with many challenges, all of which were met with ease. They were incredibly professional and skilled and I would not hesitate to recommend eaither of them. Renovations can be extremely difficult and this experience was a pleasure.

John and his partner on this job, Paul from Crowning Touch Trim, did a fantastic job for me and my clients. They showed up when they said they were going to, they were sensitive to budgetary concerns, they were professional and pleasant on the work site, navigated the inspection process seamlessly and to top it off they accomodated the rigours of an HGTV shooting schedule!

Java Electric has performed several complete electrical upgrades for us on a number of different houses. The have rewired entire houses, removed all knob and tube, upgraded the service and the panels. His work has always been first rate--incredibly professional, clean and reliable.
