2 separate installations with installers late or messy leaving us without windows for lunch break. Windows seemed fine until one morning last month, a big crack from the inside and 3 windows have water inside the panes along the seals.Left a message, phoned, Talked to Vladimir and still waiting for an inspection, no follow ups. Sent a registered mail to claim the warranty on the seals (10 years) and no answer. Same problem happened to another consumer: Mike Mac from Mississauga. A true headache from the installation to the claims.

Improve customer service and follow up. They don't deal with problems
