My AC Drain wasn't draining correctly, causing there to be water in my basdement floor. I spoke with Eric , who rather than setting up a service appointment, suggested that I check and see if my unit is still under warranty, and if not he advised the drain was just plugged. This level of honesty is impressive, and it resulted me in having my issue fixed for free. Thank you Eric, should we ever have any HVAC issues we'll call you first!

We called MRH because we had a crack on the side of our home which would cause water to come into our basement. The company was very responsive and we had one of their employees, Franklin, come to our house within a couple of days. He was very good at explaining what was needed, and how it would be done. Once the gas line was identified by the gas company the work began within a few days. He and his co worker worked all and took pictures as they completed the job so they could show me their progress. At the end of the job all the dirt from the digging was cleaned up, and the debris from the cut concrete was taken away. We would recommend this company 100%

We contacted Future Smart Tech to install pot lights in our living room and ceiling lights in our bedrooms that didn’t have lighting. We had a switch which controlled an outlet and a floor lamp, with 3 toddlers floor lamps are not safe! They came to our home to provide an estimate, and we agreed to how the pot lights would be installed. I was shocked when they said they could come the next day to do the instal! The next day they came and worked, they were very professional and accommodated my 3 children’s nap time, which was very appreciated. The work was done cleanly and they worked in the attic and made no holes in the bedrooms to do the electrical work. The pot lights are amazing, the room looks so much bigger and brighter. The bed Roms are so bright and now we have more space for the children, and it’s safer for them. After they were done, they said they would clean, they vacuumed and cleaned up the entire mess, again this is above and beyond and very appreciated! They came in on budget, and did a great job. They are hard workers and we will use them again for future projects and recommend them to friends and family.

We purchased a new home and wanted to buy 5 new appliances in the Barrie store for delivery in Brampton. The staff was helpful in assisting us pick our appliances, however we were disappointed when we got the washer home and found out it's rather more basic than we had hoped, the sales lady could have easily sold us a higher end unit had she only taken the time to explain the features to us. The actual purchasing experience reminded me of buying a used car, that manager wanted to make a deal, and they were pushing the extended warranty, but that's pretty standard these days. We received the appliances in our new home a few weeks later, all seemed fine until we turned on the stove to find that the stove top was installed backwards. We phoned the store, only to be told by the manager that there's nothing they would do, even though they sold and delivered a clearly defective unit. We phoned customer server who was down right RUDE.We've purchased appliances from other retailers in the past, and at times, it happens, things are defective from the factory, they have always been replaced with an apology. Not bad boy, just rudeness and being told it's my problem. Well, my money wasn't defective, so why was the product you sold me?
