Me and my boyfriend purchased a new fridge from them and picked it up ourselves. When we got it home and unpackaged it we noticed two HUGE dents in the fridge. So we called back to see if we could exchange the fridge, left a message for the manager and after a week of no reply my boyfriend went down to the store to see what was up. They tried to convince us just to exchange the doors instead of a whole new fridge. Finally we got them to realize it was bad enough that a new fridge was needed so they ordered us in another one. In that time by boyfriend hurt his food and was unable to walk so after a few weeks of having it their warehouse they offered to drop it off for us. The boys who brought us the new fridge and picked up the dented one even said it had to have been dropped pretty hard in the warehouse to have dents that big! So we un packaged the new fridge only to find that the Stainless still is coming off the front of the freezer door!! So we call back AGAIN and the manager doesn't believe us, she asked for pictures and everything which we immediately send her. After a few weeks of no reply my boyfriend had to go back to the store again. This time we just offered to swap out freezer doors as we figured it would be easier for them. WE ARE TOLD THEY CANNOT DO THIS! WTF!! So my boyfriend takes another day off of work to meet them at the house to bring us fridge #3 and they show up at the wrong house! His parents also have a file at the Brick and they go to their house not ours!! We have lost out now in hundreds of dollars in wages just to wait for them to bring us yet another defective fridge. This is honestly bullshit. I work as a customer care specialist and The Brick has to have THE WORST customer service I have ever experienced in my entire life! I have never encountered a more frustrating situation yet!
