An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.
I just wanted to say that we are very pleased with our new roof. You guys had our old roof removed and replaced with the new one in three days. Just one day before a major lower mainland downpour. It was a really good feeling to be looking out the window at that rain, drinking a warm coffee and knowing that we were covered. Your follow up was great too as your final inspector came by and made sure everything was just right. Thanks.
