I am 100% satisfied with service from Adel and Coloaldo of 416-so-clean! Once they got set-up, they took the time to explain what they would be doing. Our house is old and from their experience, the vents had NEVER been cleaned. It was one of the dirtiest jobs Adel had ever seen! (we have only lived here a short time so had no idea). They showed me before and after pictures, which was great! Adel did a walk through with me after finishing and gave a few tips for optimal ventilation. I was very impressed at how clean my house was after they were done. I could tell that they were very careful at containing the dust to the basement area and they cleaned up before they left. Amazing service!! This is such a peace of mind since my husband and I are expecting our first child any day now :).

We had a new roof put in 2 years ago by Luc's Roofing - Ben and his team had done an impeccable job! We had huge rainstorms earlier this week and noticed a few drops of water coming into our enclosed porch. I assumed there was something wrong with our roof. I emailed Luc's and Ben came by the very next day (Canada Day!). Upon inspection, the roof is completely fine but Ben did notice that our 2nd storey window (which lines up directly above our enclosed porch) was possibly letting water in through the siding. The same thing had been noted by Ben to my husband 2 years ago (I wasn't aware of this). Ben very nicely caulked around our window and siding areas that had a few cracks. He asked that we let him know if we still have water coming in. My husband climbed up on the roof with Ben and saw that roof is still in impeccable condition. We tried to pay Ben for his time but he refused. He is genuinely a nice person and incredibly professional! It is sooooo refreshing to meet someone like that who obviously takes pride in his work and company's reputation. Big thank you to Ben and Luc'so Roofing!!

My contact was Les Jarosz and he was wonderful to work with: quick to come by and provide estimate, prompt to respond to my inquiries and very solutions oriented. The job took a bit longer than expected because there were a few errors done with the first person we worked with (overall the job was done 90% to our satisfaction). I should specify that the job was not simple: old house, we knocked down a couple of walls to open it up, so there was lots of drywall to replace, match with existing old drywall, then lots of plastering to make everything uniform. When I contacted Les to explain my concerns, he immediately scheduled an appointment for him to come by with his ACE painter Fabio and he assured me the issues would be resolved to my complete satisfaction. Fabio did a wonderful job in resolving all issues and I am incredibly happy with the results. Any company can occasionally experience quality issues. It's how they respond that differentiate the so-so companies from the great ones. And with how THIG responded, I would not hesitate to work with them again nor to recommend them.

After reading the positive feedback for Templar on HomeStars, I contacted them to do an asbestos analysis prior to starting home renos. I scheduled an appointment for a few days later (they could have come the next day but that didn’t work with my schedule). David was very professional and incredibly informative. He answered all of our questions and concerns and promised a quick turnaround time for the lab results. We got the results back the very next day and also a quote from Robert for the removal of the asbestos they found (very reasonably priced). A few days later, I realized that the ceiling wasn’t tested for asbestos (originally, we didn’t think the ceiling would be affected by our reno but alas, the project took a turn and ceiling was going to be part of it). I called David and he knew I was particularly worried (am 6 months pregnant), so came back the very next day to take more samples and we got the results back the following day, without any additional cost to us! To say that I am impressed by the exceptional quality customer service of this company is putting it mildly! Templar has provided my family with peace of mind before undergoing major renovations. My husband and I just purchased a 1920s house and we knew its gable roof and flat roof needed work. Plus, the house is 20 inches from a neighbor, which adds to the complexity. Luc's Roofing did an amazing job with both the quality of the work and the quality of the service. From my first email interaction with Luc Corriveau, owner, I knew we would be in good hands. The quote was done by both Luc and his son Ben, who is the one who does the actual job with his crew. Luc offered exceptional service by coming over with all the shingle samples plus bringing larger sizes of our favorite picks. Also, in the case of our house, there are electrical cords running right over the roof, so Luc made all the necessary arrangements to get the line protected to ensure that the project could start without issues. All I had to do was sign the contract, which he hand delivered to us. He told us when he estimated he could start the job and stuck to the schedule. The entire project took 2 and a half days and Ben and his crew were fantastic! Ben answered all of our questions and kept the job site impeccably clean and in order. I am beyond impressed by this company and would recommend them in a heartbeat! My husband is a licensed plumber and knows a lot about the trades and he was also quite impressed by them, which says a lot. It's not often you meet people that you find not only professional but also, kind and who sincerely take pride in the work they do. Merci beaucoup Luc & Ben! :)

I called Brent yesterday afternoon in a panic because I needed a home inspection the next morning and he came through for me! Brent was very thorough in his inspection and quite patient with all my questions. On top of providing me with a detailed report, he also gave me the ''meat and potatoes'' of the condition of the home, which was really quite helpful! I would highly recommend Brent, thank you!
