We bought a dining table at the Mobilia Markham store. After we bought the table we started reading many bad reviews and were afraid of what will happen with our table. The table arrived on the date promised and as promised Mobilia called us with a delivery reminder a few days before. The delivery / installation guys came on time and were very polite. When they put the table together I noticed a scratch on the pedestal (table is made of two separate parts). The delivery guy noted this in his papers, took a picture and promised someone will call me from customer service to fix the issue. We were sure that our problems have started just like we read in the reviews but were pleased when Aubrey from customer service called us after two days and immediately offered to either replace the entire table or just the pedestal. We decided to go with a new pedestal and a delivery date was set. Prior to the delivery date of the replacement pedestal we noticed another issue which we missed before and called customer service again. Aubrey gave us the choice to either replace the entire table with the same table or choose a completely different table. We selected a different table which arrived on time and we were refunded the difference between the original table and the new one (which was cheaper). Although we had a problem with the original product we received (which sometimes happens with furniture) the handling of issue including quick responses, dates, being on time, friendliness and overall great customer service was amazing. Great customer experience.
