Andrei went above and beyond for my flooring job!! I had to replace old carpet and hardwood flooring on my rental condo when the tenant moved out. Andrei came by and provided a fair quote for the work to lay down new vinyl plank flooring. The job was more complicated than expected once he removed the subfloor, but he was flexible, proactive and did an amazing job finishing the work. The thing I really appreciated the most was the personal service - he came by my place in advance of the job on a weekend to show me the sample of flooring, and ensure I was happy with it before ordering. And on the last day, he stayed late to make sure all the new baseboard, shoe mould and transitions were laid down, drywall repairs were made, along with helping me put back doors for the laundry area. We had several floor registers that we were concerned had asbestos. So we called Accu-star for an inspection. The inspection was free. We then had Accu-star remove the asbestos around the vents. There price was fair and the work was done quickly and professionally.
