We used Accurate Movers to move us out of our high-rise in Downtown. We were forced out due to building code violations and we didn't have much time to look around. I called several companies and found the sales people to be the most knowledgeable, friendly and reasonably priced. We needed to store our stuff while looking around for a new place to live. As frustrating and challenging as it all was. This company was AWESOME from start to finish. They made the process simple and were right' on it'. When the movers arrived we couldn't believe how fast and experienced they were. They had us out before noon and packed my artwork, TVs and nik-nacks with ease. They used lots of wrapping and packing paper so nothing would get damaged. I have some big furniture and lots of stairs, but they made it look easy and simple! We were in storage for almost three months and when they delivered our stuff not one thing was scratched, broken or damaged. Everyone including the office girls, sales staff, drivers and movers were very professional, friendly and accommodating. Well worth the price! We will tell everyone about Accurate Movers and we most definitely recommend using them. Thanks again guys!!

They openly communicated with us what the best approach would be and what to expect. They scheduled a date and time (with a two hour window & not a 4 hour window like so many others) and showed up as scheduled. We received the finished rugs on time. They were very professional and courteous throughout the transaction. We have used other rug cleaning companies in the Toronto area that heavily advertise and seem to be all over the place. Steam Dry Canada was by far and away the better deal and the better experience. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and professional cleaner.
