I have purchased a new fireplace in November and 3.5 months later, it got broken. Fixed now. Also, the store has said to take care of rebate of $300 and waited for over 3 months and found out that the company has not processed the application until I checked with Fortis and I contacted. The front person is very cold and not reliable. Until I agree to buy the product, he seems very nice and reliable but after that, he is not reliable. It is very disappointing.
