An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.
"Hi Dave, We had selected Three Little Pigs as one of the contractors from Homestars to give us an estimated cost after inspecting the masonry work required to our house. At first the estimator was not available to meet with us right away however, after calling the office second time, the estimator came the next day, took some pictures, explained the process required to carry out the repairs and gave us an estimate on site. Not only the arrangements were made to get the crew to start work immediately, the quoted price was also adjusted lower to meet our budget. The cracks in the exterior walls; crumbling bricks at the foundation and broken bricks around the chimney were professionally completed. The mortar and the bricks used matched the existing bricks very closely. Both Scott and Wayne who carried out the work were detail oriented and very respectful. Extra parging required that was not part of the contract was also done at no extra cost. I really appreciated Dave coming over a couple of times, at the end of the day, to inspect the work in progress and also to inquire if we were satisfied with the work. I must say that the finished work was of high quality and completed in time. We would highly recommend Three Little Pigs for any masonry work and it was a pleasure to deal with Dave.
