An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.
I am a firm believer in home inspections and am a return customer specifically to Amerispec. Tate and his team have inspected several properties for myself and my family not just because they are thorough. They share more that just their finding during the inspection and leave us with an in-depth understanding of the current condition of our home, provide us insight and cues on what to watch out for, as well as provide us options to both mitigate or address challenges. The binder they leave for our reference includes details of the inspection report itself with schematics, diagrams and pictures where appropriate as well as a very handy and easy to follow home maintenance manual. They even throw in information regarding discounts for 3rd party services we might be looking for. They are a great team, that offer service,l information and knowledge that far outweigh their cost to me. Feel free to share my testimonial. It is honest and gladly given.
