I called Rob to help me with the rodent problems at my house. He is professional, knowledgeable, honest and very friendly. We found a dead rat just two weeks after his first visit although no luck on the mice so far. He not only helped me with my rat/mice problem, but also helped me with the annoying flicker problem. He even repaired my gate and pipe, and cut tree branches for free for me. Before receiving his services, I have doubts on the reliability of the reviews, but after the services, I truly believe in him and would like to refer him to everyone I know and I would give him 11 out 10 if there is an 11 point.
