When I first moved into my house a representative from Reliance Protectron approached me to sell their services. I knew I wanted an alarm system and was going to utilize one of the bigger name companies, but Ifound the Reliance was providing me with everything that I needed for much cheaper than the other companies. I've been a customer of theirs for 2 years and I am very happy with their service!
I purchased a dining room set from this location. I was so pleased with the service I received from the Salesman and even more impressed with the extra service I received from the Store Manager. They were so helpful and really worked with me to get to an agreeable price that worked for my budget! I will definitely be going back there for more items when the time is right.

I dealt with Ryan and his company, Door Lite Tek, about 1 year ago and had some issues. I wrote a review and gave him a poor rating relative to the experience I had. To my surprise, earlier this year I received a call from Ryan directly acknowledging the poor experience and an apology for everything that went wrong. Ryan was looking to make things right and offered to install some additional security locks for me on my sliding doors and front door, which he did at no extra cost to me. I have to say, this was a very pleasant surprise and I appreciate the fact that he called to work things out. Not many companies would care enough to take that extra step. It says a lot about a comapny that is willing to admit when they are wrong and address the issue and do something to try and make it right.
