I was not there when the delivery happened but my contractor said the movers were ABSOLUTLY AMAZING. He said he has not seen people as professional as the fellows from Fred Guy moving for a long time. My stove was very heavy (over 600 lbs). They first tried to rolled it in and it caused cushy sound on the plywood (covered and protect hardwood floor). Then, the fellows just lift the stove and moved it inside and placed it exactly as where we wanted too. My contractor was very impressed by Fred Guy and could not thank them enough!

I am renovating my kitchen to change the current electric stove to natural gas stove. Francis was hired to upgrade the gas line in my house in order to accommodate this new and bigger gas stove. Technician Jordy is very professional and pleasant to work with. One of the tasks is to file some paper work with Enbridge to upsize my gas meter to meet with the additional gas load. Anne in the office has gone out her way to chase Enbridge and follow-up with my request, which is entirely Enbridge's fault. Kay and Ellen are very helpful too. I could not say thank you enough to these ladies. I would highly recommend Francis to anybody.

I learnt about Verdun Windows from both my contractor and colleague, who highly recommended this company. They are right! The price is the very competitive. It took a team of 6 folks for half day to install all windows in my house (25 windows). They started early and finished by 1:30 pm. They cleaned the worksite throughly and walk through the work with me. Extremely well done and I have not issues with them. I already recommended them to a few friends and would not hestitate to recommend it again!

Where should I start about this company and Daniel Lalonde? It's a total disaster! Daniel agreed to renovate my ensuite bathroom and main bathroom. he was incapable in tiling marble tiles as he promised. all publming ws installed wrong. a jacuzzi tub was sitting in my bedroom for two months waiting to be installed. my entire house was covered in dust. I had to kick him out and find another contractors to rip out all marble tiles which danile was tiled totally wrong! i he wasted me so much money and caused tremendous stress in my life. 12/10 Excellence Value for Money & The Best Customer Service You Can Have in Town! I was discouraged by poor customer service of a leading fireplace company in town and found fireplace west online. I have been very cautious dealing with contractors from previous renovation nightmare, but Robin has proven me wrong. Robin, like many reviews say, is the only fireplace company in Ottawa that would come to my home to give me a proper estimate. Robin and Matty are very personable, professional, and efficient. Robin picks up the phone and returns email very fast and always makes himself available to answer my patiently. This is very helpful for a customer like me that don’t know much about fireplace. It only took Robin and Matty half day to install my fireplace and they cleaned up very well afterwards. Their price is extremely competitive and I don’t hastate to recommend them to anybody. I will definitely get in touch with Robin when it’s time for kitchen renovation. Thank you again Robin and Matty for the great work! P.S. Robin has the coolest tech gadget!
