My alarm has been working on and off for the past 6 months. I called 3 weeks ago hoping to finally resolve it and they have been saying they will send a tech out, but no one showed up. I have been calling for 3 weeks now and either they say they will call you back and don't OR just don't answer their phones. Worst company/service ever!
