Lynn in Bradford

We used this moving company for a whole house move in Bradford. The move seemed to be going well, other than the fact that the movers were taking frequent breaks at the back of their truck. When I approached the movers, they told me that I could not go into their truck for insurance reasons. The move took much longer than expected, and, despite some damage to our walls, we ended up tipping each of the movers at the end of the day. When we began to unpack, we discovered that many, many items had disappeared! We then realized why we were not allowed on the mover's truck...they were taking items that they wished to "take", wrapping them in blankets, and storing them at the front of their truck. We called the company to complain about the missing items, and they advised that all of their movers were bonded and would never take anything. I would never use this moving company again....their people cannot be trusted. I wish I had never given them the tip!
