Bilal is a very good natured person. He came first for doing an estimate. He offered to also check the gutters. He told me that the gutters were clean and nothing needed to be done there. I appreciated this. He returned as promised on time and did a very thorough job. I have no hesitation in recommending this company.
This is my second time calling rooter man based on an excellent experience previously. This time Jay came out. Once again I am very pleased with the experience. Initial call was taken promptly, surprising given that it was labour day weekend. They pulled up info from the past visit and scheduled Jay to come over with 3 hours. Jay arrived exactly as scheduled and proceeded to identify the problem and to fix it. Thanks once again for a great job done.

The shower faucet in the master bath sprang a leak. I called John (based on homestars reviews). He very promptly returned my call. I was able to explain that the faucet will need to be replaced. John gave me a quote there and then. John and his son showed up the next day at the appointed time. He called ahead to give me a 20 minute heads up - this was much appreciated. Once here, they completed the job professionally - all the work done was clean, the job site was left in clean condition. While in the house, they had shoe covers on. I am super impressed by the great level of professionalism. Totally satisfied and recommend fully.

It started with me settling down to watch TV on a thursday evening when I heard my water alarm in the basement go off. Noticed that the floor drain had water around it. I immediately searched homestars and went with Rooter man based on proximity and recent reviews. My call was handled promptly in an extremely professional manner by a female rep. I was in a slight state of panic, but after talking to her realized that the blockage was only when running the kitchen sink and could wait till morning. She set up an appointment for 9 AM the next morning. Promptly at 9:00 AM Alex showed up. His professional and courteous manner immediately gave me confidence that I had picked the right company for the job. He diagnosed the problem as build up of grease and snaked the drain. He then waited for me to do a very thorough testing of water flow by asking me to repeatedly fill up the kitchen sinks and run max water volume. The problem was solved. Alex, did a great job, and while in the home pointed out some items for improvement - e.g. the washer hoses. This was greatly appreciated. So, bottom line, I can recommend highly without reservations.

Our Dacor oven stopped working during a self clean cycle. I called JSN appliances based on the current homestars ratings. I can confirm that the ratings are very well deserved. Sam is technically solid, his diagnosis was spot on. He needed to order in the parts. He handled this very efficiently and made sure to keep me updated on progress. Sam was very committed to getting the issue resolved and even made a special trip out on a Sunday, which also happened to be his birthday, to install the parts. Sam showed tremendous care in leaving everything clean. I highly recommend JSN.
