Blake came out to look at our thermostat and we also ended up hiring him to install a new air conditioner for us. Blake was very knowledgeable and professional each time he came. When Matt and Blake came out to install the air conditioning, they were very thorough and efficient. Blake took the time to explain what they had done and made sure that I understood how the air conditioning worked on our thermostat. We contacted JTL based on the reviews here on Homestars and were not disappointed. The very same day that we called Dolby (the technician) contacted us to set up an appointment for an in-home consultation. We wanted a quick turnaround and he was able to accomodate us without any issues. When it came time for our in-home consultation, he showed up on time and took a quick look around to make sure the options and packages presented would meet our needs. He was very knowledgeable and provided a variety of options to consider at different price points. Installation was scheduled around our availability with no issues and was up and running quickly. Each sensor was tested, as well as the feedback to the call center. A quick tutorial on how to use the system was also provided. Since the installation, we have received follow-ups to make sure that we are happy with everything and to ask if there is anything else he can do to make our experience better. Throughout the process, it was a pleasure to deal with Dolby as he was very friendly and genuinely cared about our needs. Thanks Dolby!
