I needed some electrical work done in my house so I called On Time Electrical based on the positive reviews. First I needed them to fix electrical wiring and I called them the second time to work on light fixtures. Both times they did an excellent job and they give you advice on what will work or won't work and I trusted their opinion.

I'm a first time home buyer so I knew nothing about home inspection. My agent recommended Alan I went along with the recommendation. He arrived ahead of schedule (which was very good for me) and did a thorough inspection for the house. I learnt a lot from him throughout this process, he was honest in his assessments, was very patient and answered all my questions. The report he sent me afterwards with all the pictures he took put everything in perspective. I will advise anyone to read the full report as it is easy to forget some details about the inspection. I would highly recommend Alan to anyone who needs a home inspection.
