We hired Rowan and the P2 Contracting team to renovate a new home we bought in Milton. Had extensive work done to the home. Structural framing, new floors throughout, washrooms, electrical the whole range of construction. Rowan and the team made great suggestions and helped us make all the right decisions. We also had a timeline we wanted to reach. All these were done to our satisfaction and a bit beyond. The P2 team was clean, organized and efficient. They took the headache of construction away, as much as possible. We are very pleased with what was done and how it turned out. They were not the cheapest price we got, but I would highly recommend these guys if you want a sure thing
