We had a very large dangerous dead tree in our backyard that needed to be removed. From the moment we started getting quotes(7 in total) Harmony was the fastest and provided a professional detailed quote(not something on the back of a card). We were able to book a date and have the tree removed. The crew that came worked hard and this tree posed some obstacles as it leaned over 3 other yards. What an amazing job they did to make sure this tree came down. The clean up was also very well done. The guys were very professional and great to talk to. We recently had our out dated kitchen rebuilt and hired GTC to do all the work. From our first consultation we were impressed by the detail and customer service they provided. Shain set the bar for customer relations higher and he and GTC far exceeded our expectations. Shain was very prompt in handling any of our requests, and we were in constant contact throughout the renovations. Any minor details, or changes were all handled and resolved with in 24 hours of the request. All the suppliers they recommended to us to purchase appliances, tiles, and cabinets, ,were outstanding. They were all very helpful with our purchases and deliveries were all on time, and to our requirements. We are very happy with what we can now call our kitchen, and everything came within our budget. We would highly recommend GTC for any renovation and plan on hiring them again to rebuild out basement in the future. It has been 3 years since we had GTC do our kitchen. After the first year, they had to come back and tear up the entire floor and rebuild it. Turns out there was no subfloor installed. Now 3 years later, the floor still creaks and the tiles and grout a popping out. Even tho , originally everything looked ok.....the work that was done was not done properly, and we will have to have the floor torn up again.

Friends of ours had work done by Steve last summer and when it came time to do our electrical they highly recommended him to us. We gave him a call and he came to our house a few days later and inspected our electrical and provided us with some recommendations. Steve was very honest with us, something that a couple of other contractors were not, they told us we had to rewire our entire house because aluminum wiring was a fire hazard. Steve put our worries to rest when he assured us that this was not the case and explained the reconditioning process to us. What a sigh of relief and a breath of fresh air! Needless to say we are very thankful to have found Steve. The work was done in about 2 days, Steve and Kevin were very professional, polite and clean.In the very near future we will be having more electrical work done on our house when we renovate our kitchen, and plan on hiring Steve again.
