Worst customer service out there. But a bed in April for delivery in June (moving day) No sign of them. Went to complain...... finally had to take the floor sample in NOVEMBER !!!! They did not want to sell their floor sample - not their politic. We argued that they did not have the bed in stock since April so what's the use ? Everytime you complain they remove 50$ from your invoice.... They must give away alot of product..... but I can afford to pay mine so no more Brick for us.
