We hired Coast Mountain Roof Ltd. to install a new torch-on roof on our building. This required the removal of the old tar & gravel roof and the installation of the new roof. Coast Mountain provided a thoroughly professional estimate and description of the project. Having done our research, we decided to hire them. Their crew was on our site shortly thereafter. This was crucial to our job site and the rainy season as the roof was leaking in several places. We were happy with the crew who was efficient and courteous while considerate toward the neighbors. We were completely satisfied with the final completion of the project which ended up on budget and met all our needs. We would happily recommend the high quality work and the pleasant manner in which Brad Gordon and his company offer their expertise to their clients.

Now i must say over the past 15+ years in the roofing trade i have done difficult jobs, however your job posed very high risk factors with the tight alley way in the rear, high voltage power lines everywhere, many neighbours to have concern for their adjacent roof and buildings and overall we managed to get the job done safely, through winter weather, exactly to spec and on budget!!!
