I upgraded my kitchen and the only thing outstanding was backsplash. Chris was my installer and have to say how impressed I was with his service and attention to detail. I ordered backsplash tiles and unfortunately the delivery of them was delayed. To ensurey timelines weren't delayed, Chris offered to pick up the tiles from the store and get started on the installation. He would update me daily on the progress and communicate any questions before proceeding. He was very meticulous with the installation, making sure that not only were the tiles installed perfectly, but he also cleaned the workspace, swept the floor and made sure everything was where it should be. I've never had someone install something that was so focused on not only the job but making sure that the customer was pleased about the overall outcome. I can't forget to mention that Chris was always punctual, worked each day with a great sense of humour and continued working (no matter the hours) until the job was done. It was a pleasure meeting and working with Chris and would highly recommend his services. Thank you Chris.
