Company quickly returned my call, made an appointment and came within the 2 hour window. I had a leak on the 2nd floor ceiling caused by an ice dam on the roof. They removed the ice dam and gave me a report of my options for a permanent solution to the ice damming. Have not yet decided which option to take as they are pretty expensive, but what I can say is that these people are real professionals and do care about you as a customer. In fact, the roof specialist was talking to me on the phone (since I was not home) to let me know what he was doing. They even called me after a few days to let ask me if everything was ok and if I was satisfied. Great guys, real pros and great customer service.
