The service was horrible. They shipped us a couch that was supposed to be customed ordered from the States and instead it was taken off the showroom floor, it had cobwebs all over it and the pillows were all discoloured from the sun. After that problem they said it would be another 8 more weeks. Then they ran out of material. It was another 2 more months before we received it. When we did receive it, as soon as we received it the feathers started coming out. To this day they won't return any calls. 5 weeks after we received it started squeaking.
