We chose to have a steel roof installed because we did not want to have to keep changing shingles every so many years and we also have a roof over our back patio that is a small pitch, so that the snow had a tendency to stay there and the weight and extra water would make us have to change at least that more often. We got Hy-Grade to install a complete roof and even though we had some issues of water dripping from the roof over the patio into the aluminum at the edge of the patio roof, Hy-Grade came out numerous times to rectify the situation and I am glad to say, I believe that they have corrected it. Even the owner came out to check the roof and changed the skylight we had in it and that was not the problem. Don't know what it was, but they kept coming back until the problem was solved. I had recommended them to a neighbour and they also got Hy-Grade to install a steel roof on their house and they are very happy as are we with out. A 50 year warranty means we will never have to worry about a roof again. Hy-Grade takes pride and has a commitment in what they do and do it properly. I definitely recommend them to anyone who wants a good roof for life. They are the pros and I believe leading the way for steel roofs. Thank you Hy-Grade, your work was great and our house is warmer in the winter and cooler in the summer due to the way you install your roofs.

i called about our water heater leaking and was told that a service rep would be out between 7 - 11 PM. The rep showed up about a half hour after my call. He (Ryan Lavery) was great, he laid down mats so as not to track anything in the house. And he had the old one out and new installed within the hour. Fantastic job from a very personable employee. An asset to Reliance. Thanks Ryan for your quick, and clean job. We will always deal with Reliance. They have treated us fast in the past as well.
