She listened to our needs, and quickly arranged the schedules to fit our timeline. I was very impressed with her super pleasant manner and efficient management skills. Kay sent a young team to our house. The team leader Alan was a very reliable, truthful and hardworking guy. He explained to me what would be the procedures from the start to the end. He and other two young guys were an energetic work team. They cooperated well and delivered a good job. They cleaned everything after finishing the job.
