James did a totally incredible job renewing our kitchen cabinetry, bathroom vanities, and the windows in our sunroom. With his artistic touch, our ten-year old IKEA kitchen, which was tired and worn-at-the heel, looked like a new install. Even the unsightly water damage to the kitchen cabinet doors and drawers seemed to disappear. It was magical. He also transformed the bathroom vanities and gave them an entirely new look with a fresh paint colour. James also painted the window frames in the sunroom and they now sport a beautiful, glossy finish in Benjamin Moore's Kendall Charcoal. James's work is excellent but he also stands out as a contractor - and as a person. He takes great pride in his work and truly cares about his customer. It is important to James that his customer is satisfied with the final result. James is someone who goes beyond the call of duty. As he noticed that I was overwhelmed preparing the house for new tenants, he helped me with many projects. He even helped a crew haul 300 pound radiators up to the second storey of the house. He visited the house, too, to help the new tenants tackle problems that were unrelated to his work. James is a truly lovely person. I would highly recommend James.

Francisco and his team did an amazing job refinishing the wood floors on the second floor of our house as well as our stairway. Our house is 102 years old and the wood floors, which are original, were in very poor condition but they managed to make the floors look incredible. I couldn't believe it when I saw them. After months of renovations, finally, we had a happy moment! They also repaired the floors in certain spots where wood had rotted or walls had been removed. It is difficult to see where the repairs are. Everything blends seamlessly. They are incredibly fastidious and have exceptionally high standards for their work. They came in on weekends - including a long weekend - to get the job done. They also came by several times to apply an additional coat of stain. They are very customer-oriented, polite, professional, and lovely to work with.

City Wide Roofing did a great job replacing our roof. They even took care of the asbestos for us, which was a huge help. The workers were very polite and pleasant. I would recommend City Wide Roofing.
