We hired Nayab flooring and the start was good and he did good job. He is excellent in his work,, the problem is he will try to cut corners and you cannot completely rely on him. He wasnt interested to do final touch ups and considered the job was finished, and I had to follow up with him. You need to be aware how the work needs to be done otherwise he will leave final detailings if you completely leave it all on him. He did not install the bottom edges on sides of the stair case and gave the impression that it is like that. I then checked the staircase of one of my friends that was not done by Nayab and had to show him. Otherwise he left it for us to do that border, and we paid him his desired price what he himself asked that was not cheap. The final work was good, but you just need to check his work otherwise he will cut corners and not do final finishing.

The new electrical panel from 100 to 200 mp was installed by Keep Current Electrical Services. Initially we had some issues and approached Eric to fix and correct the problems. He did come and fixed the issues. Overall we are satisfied with his work. Once he takes the responsibility he does the work on time and is punctual and very responsive.

We hired Nayab after reading the excellent reviews about his work on homestars website. He has a very responsible and dedicated approach towards his job and gives excellent results. Only thing to be careful is to keep on checking and following up with him for the final touches. You cannot leave it on him, he would try to cut corners. That was the only challenge I had to face dealing with him. If you keep a check then you’ll get good results. One thing I must mention is about his honesty. On final payment I erroneously paid him an extra $1000- He called me back in 5 minutes and pointed my mistake and returned the excess amount. Initially we just planned to have wooden stairs done. After seeing the quality of his work we also got the hardwood done in the hallway as well. We are very happy with his work and thank him for the great job he did.
