Today's customer service is lacking terribly, but not at Peel Heating and Air Conditioning. Excellent service from start to finish!!! Don, the sales rep, was amazing and it just continued right through to the service guys, Marcel and Bradley. They arrived on time, were very thorough, neat, professional, friendly and caring. They restored my belief in humanity. I guess there are still some companies out there who really do care. I would highly recommend them to family and friends!!! Great job!!!

A complete nightmare, especially dealing with Mario. He comes across as very customer oriented at the initial visit, but becomes very defensive if you point anything out during or after the work is done!!! My sister-in-law was witness to this. I should have clued in when on the first day, he was yelling at his employees in front of me. How professional is that!! On the quote, I was told they would patch and sand all areas in need. That wasn't done. I have bumps and lumps everywhere and pics to prove it. My laundry room and powder room had to be re-painted, because they were streaky and spots were missed. Without a doubt, Mario will deny this. They repaired an area on my kitchen ceiling. Within a short period of time, the "repaired" area cracked and I was told by another painting company that the compound material wasn't completely dry before the paint was applied. When I approached Mario, he became furious and said it was a leak in my ceiling that caused the cracking. Save yourself money and grief and stay away from this man and his company...
