Rhino Exteriors installed our vinyl siding on our brand new home. There was a team of people that did the work, which is not ideal for siding. The edges etc did not match properly and they had to redo several areas. Then, shortly after it was installed , we noticed some problems. We called them and told them we were not happy. It took forever for them to return our call that first year. They finally came and did not have the required materials to fix it. They stated they would come back and bring what was needed to repair their work. They NEVER SHOWED. My husband repeatedly called and they never answered or returned his calls, year after year. This year, after a few more pieces have flown off, I decided to try and call- hoping they would not recognize the number. They did answer but now, claimed it was too long since it was installed. Well... you never came when we called the previous years. Now approx 5 years later, we reach out AGAIN! And are told they will not do the repairs, it's been too long. We do not recommend a company that does not stand by their work. Vinyl siding should definetly stay installed longer than 5 years!

We had nothing but difficulties with this builder. Before he was hired I looked online for reviews and found none. So here is a review. I would not recommend him.

I understand that you did not have a good experience building your house with Eric's Homes. I'm truly sorry about that. However, I don't believe the zero out of five stars rating you gave Eric's Homes is warranted. I know full well the work myself and my sub-contractors did was fully satisfactory to you. In fact, even if you didn't appreciate our services, you are still left with a beautiful home to enjoy with your family

Your house has been built for two years now, and you haven't stopped harassing myself and my company since. You've been spreading extremely negative reviews of Eric's Homes on every website you can find, even online forums I personally participate in.

I'm asking you again to revise your existing reviews, so that they better reflect the quality of the work that Eric's Homes has delivered to you. As a small business, these unfair negative reviews are damaging to my ability to make a living and support my family. I've only ever provided the highest standard of service and quality of work to all of my clients, including you.
