I wish I had read the reviews or checked the BBB site for number of complaints against this company before I gave them my visa number. Too late now since I wasted $1600 and ended up changing my house lock after the first 'cleaning'. No refund of course but the maid caused more damage then she did cleaning so I would rather admit that I was scammed and at least not waste my time. If I had the time to supervise the maid, I may have given them another chance so that I don't write off the 1,600 completely. To summarise my experience: - I paid for 3 hours cleaning x 12 package; the maid was in the house for about 2 hours - the house was not cleaned to say the least even though I only asked to have the floors and the bathrooms cleaned in an 1100 sq ft home; the bathrooms were not cleaned at all except there was something splashed all over the recently painted wall which took me some time to clean - an item was broken and the broken piece nowhere to be found; this just tells you what kind of people they employ (the kind you do not want in your house unless you are there supervising them closely); - I was not in the house and had left a note for the maid as well as a $20 tip as an extra incentive so she does a good job (wonder what she would have done if I did not leave her a tip???); - after I complained and send pictures to illustrate what the maid had done (i.e. not done), they offered to send a maid the following week and finish the job; nobody ever came on the specified day Stay away and don't get scammed like me! You will waste both your money and your time.
