We contacted 6 - 7 contractors to have a small (but urgent) repair completed to the siding on our home. Most did not return our calls and those that did stated that they did not do repairs. Paul of Genesis was the exception. Our call was returned the same day with Paul, arriving the next day to provide the estimate. The pricing was extremely reasonable with some of the repairs performed the same day of the quote. The material was ordered and Lester, Production Supervisor, completed the job with his team within a matter of days from start to finish. Record timing, extremely professional, excellent work and we would highly recommend Paul and his team.

Installed: 14 ft. wide Rolltec Adalia Extreme (X3M) motorized w/manual override, wireless remote, wind sensor & large custom side curtain. Installation: April 1, 2015. We completed hours of due diligence in our quest for a high-end awning that would stand the test of time. Rolltec was easily selected as our only choice after this process. From entry into the showroom in Concord, ON, being greeted by Roman Atsik, V/P, to the installation and receipt of the special order side curtain, all aspects of the experience were fantastic. The installation team of Oscar and Mike did a wonderful job. They were a pleasure to deal with & highly professional. Extra large custom side curtain was completed in the record time of 2 days with a prompt phone call from Rolltec advising it was ready. It is early in the season (April), however, we expect the awning to live up to its great reputation and expect many years of use and enjoyment. Highly recommend Rolltec!
